Hi, my name is Catalina Montes. In this past year, I have helped over 35 girls achieve their goals of becoming strong, healthy and confident.
My love for fitness started when I was 17, the time when I finally decided to take action and recover from an eating disorder. Ever since, I have strived to become stronger, both mentally and physically.
My heart now lies in helping other women become strong, healthy and confident in order to live their best lives. I love yoga, my 4 dogs, books about neuroscience and nutrition, watching sunsets at the beach and munching on Reese's peanut butter cups (hit me up for foodie dates).
